XL Hut with added chicken coop package and 14ft run
The cost of this design is $1740.00 +tax and does not include delivery. It also includes the following items:
- Coop is roughly 6ft x 4ft x 4ft, not including legs
- White roof
- Plywood floor
- 2 perches in the coop
- Trim made from never rot white PVC
- New sliding 24in x 24in window with lock and screen
- Small pull up door with custom 1/4 steel bar
- Huge rear clean out door with locking latch, making cleaning or access a breeze
- 3 removable nesting boxes with drop down door and locking latch
- The run is roughly 14ft x 4ft x 4ft
- Run is built with treated lumber, and 1/2 x 1/2 hardware cloth on the sides
- Run also has an exterior access door with locking latch and white roof
- 3 hardware panels under coop which allows for approximately an additional 6ft of run space under coop
- Run floor is open so the chickens can scratch the ground
- Made with exterior grade siding and comes in your choice of one of our standard colors
- Ventilation from ridge vent at the roof peak and small openings at the bottom part of the roof
- Ridge vent runs the length of the roof under the ridge cap
NOTE: There is no cedar or treated lumber inside the coop.
